Manreet Singh Bhullar is an Assistant Professor of Food Microbiology at Kansas State University Olathe. His research focuses on agricultural water testing/treatment for FSMA compliance, UV light applications in produce safety, and novel antimicrobial interventions across the fresh produce supply chain.
Current projects include developing laser-etched QR code labeling systems and evaluating UV-C light efficacy against foodborne pathogens. The Bhullar Food Safety Lab provides microbial testing services and industry training in food safety protocols.
