Manju Adhikary

Manju Adhikary is an Aero-acoustics Researcher and CIFRE doctoral student at École Centrale de Lyon, affiliated with the Laboratoire de Mécanique des Fluides et d'Acoustique (LMFA) and MFAE. Her work focuses on understanding sound propagation through shrouded fans in aircraft turboshaft engines using experimental and numerical methods.

  • Diploma in Aerospace Engineering (2017) from Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology (IIST), India.

Her research spans Aero-acoustics, Fluid Mechanics, and Aerospace Engineering, with specific interests in Sound Propagation, Turbulent Flow, and Numerical Simulations. She previously worked at ISRO as a mechanical engineer, designing microwave payloads for the Indian space program.

Adhikary is part of the LMFA and MFAE laboratories, contributing to aerospace acoustics research through her industry-academia collaboration with Airbus.
