Manisha Shakya

Dr. Manisha Shakya is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow specializing in Aquatic Ecology at the University of New England's School of Environmental and Rural Science. Her research focuses on freshwater ecosystems in the Murray Darling Basin, investigating carbon sources for aquatic biota and the impact of pollutants on biomolecular composition. She collaborates with UNE's Pollution Science Research Group to examine how contaminants alter nutritional landscapes in aquatic food webs.
