Mangala Subramaniam is a Professor in the Department of Sociology at Purdue University, affiliated with the College of Liberal Arts. Her research spans global social movements, gendered inequalities, caste-class intersections, and the impact of neoliberalism on marginalized groups, with a focus on South Asia.
