Mandana Fallah Pour is an Associate Professor (Docent) and Senior Lecturer at the Department of Neurobiology, Health Sciences and Society (NVS), Karolinska Institutet, specializing in Occupational Therapy. She serves as the International Academic Coordinator, leading internationalization efforts for the Occupational Therapy program and mentoring postdoctoral researchers. Her academic credentials include:

- Postdoctoral studies in Occupational Therapy (2011-2015)

Her research focuses on enhancing participation, health, and well-being for individuals with neurological disabilities (stroke, dementia) through culturally adapted tools like the Occupational Gaps Questionnaire (OGQ) and digital interventions. She leads multidisciplinary projects including BeWELL (supporting informal caregivers) and CONNECT (promoting social connectedness post-stroke), and collaborates with research groups HELD and Nordic Brain Network. With 30+ publications, her work spans quantitative/qualitative methods, occupational balance, and rehabilitation efficacy.
In teaching, she has 20+ years of experience across undergraduate/postgraduate levels, emphasizing evidence-based, student-centered education.
