Professor Mamta BHATT is an Associate Professor and Head of the Human Resource Management Track at the IÉSEG School of Management in France. She holds a Ph.D. in Organization Studies from Boston College (USA), an M.S. in Organization Studies from the same institution, and prior degrees from the University of Rajasthan, India. Her research focuses on identity management, organizational identification, IT identity, and neurodiversity in the workplace, with a strong emphasis on boundary work and non-traditional employment arrangements.
Her academic journey includes postdoctoral research at the Rotterdam School of Management (Netherlands) and teaching roles since 2011. Key research areas involve exploring how individuals navigate organizational changes, manage corporate image in stakeholder conflicts, and support neurodiverse employees. She has been recognized with a $13,000 Dissertation Completion Fellowship (2009-2010) from Boston College.
Teaching responsibilities span undergraduate and graduate programs, including courses on diversity and inclusion, organizational change, and HR strategies. Her articles analyze topics like immigrant identity in France, knowledge transfer in global alliances, and IT-driven healthcare management.
Prof. Bhatt’s work bridges theory and practice, addressing contemporary challenges such as remote work dynamics and neurodiversity inclusion. She contributes to the LEM research center and maintains active collaborations across Europe and North America.
