Malte Graßhof is an Adjunct Professor at the Faculty of Law since 2018. He currently serves as President of the Administrative Court of Baden-Württemberg and the Constitutional Court of Baden-Württemberg, with prior roles including Vice-President of the Karlsruhe Administrative Court and Judge at the Federal Constitutional Court. His academic focus includes constitutional law, administrative law, and European law.

His research spans constitutional law, European law, and judicial service law, with extensive publications in legal commentary and judicial process law. Recent works include analyses of legal precedents in building regulations and international legal cooperation frameworks.
He has contributed to legal education through seminars on judicial evaluation and service law, and participated in international legal missions in Kosovo, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bahrain, and Tunisia for organizations like GIZ and IRZ.
