Mai Ngo is Associate Professor in TESOL and Applied Linguistics at the College of Humanities, Arts and Social Sciences, Flinders University, where she teaches across undergraduate and postgraduate programs including the Graduate Certificate, Graduate Diploma, Bachelor of Arts, Master of TESOL, Master of Education, and Master of Arts. She serves as the International Engagement Lead and chairs the International Engagement Committee, contributing to global academic collaboration.
