Mai Grundmann is a Research Associate and Doctoral Researcher at FernUniversität in Hagen, affiliated with the CATALPA Research Center. She serves as deputy representative for junior researchers in CATALPA's management team and contributes to the Stereotype Threat research group and DECIDE-Diversity project.
