Prof. Dr. Kathrin Jonkmann is a Full Professor and head of the Department of Educational Psychology at FernUniversität Hagen since 2014. She leads the InterMINT project and co-manages the CATALPA DECIDE project, focusing on factors influencing learning in school, higher education, and international mobility contexts. Her work spans individual, group, and institutional levels of educational processes.
