Mahmoud Karimi is a Senior Lecturer at the School of Mechanical and Mechatronic Engineering, University of Technology Sydney (UTS), leading the Vibroacoustics Research Group within the Centre for Audio, Acoustics and Vibration. He holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from UNSW with specialization in vibration and acoustics, and has conducted visiting research at University of Cambridge, Technical University of Munich, and INSA Lyon. His research focuses on computational hydroacoustics, vibroacoustics, and uncertainty quantification in noise/vibration problems.
