Maher Fakhouri, MD, is an Associate Professor in the Department of Neurology at Wayne State University School of Medicine, where he has served as a faculty member since 1995. He currently serves as the Clerkship Director for the Department of Neurology and is a member of the Clerkship Committee and the Clinical Competency Committee.
His educational background includes:
- Medical Degree (MD) from Damascus University Medical School (1982)
- Internship at Good Samaritan Hospital, Cincinnati, Ohio (1986-1987)
- Residency in Neurology at the University of Cincinnati (1987-1990)
