Mahak Sharma

Mahak Sharma is an Assistant Professor at the University of Twente's Faculty of Behavioural, Management and Social Sciences, within the Industrial Engineering & Business Information Systems department. She is also affiliated with the TechMed Centre. Her research focuses on supply chain management, Industry 4.0, circular economy, blockchain technology, and cloud computing adoption. She has held previous academic roles at Birla Institute of Management Technology (2022–2023) and has extensive consulting experience in product development and digital transformation. Her work addresses challenges in sustainable supply chains, technology adoption dynamics, and resilience in emerging economies. She actively contributes to research grants and initiatives, including guest editorships and advisory roles. Her teaching covers circular economy, business models, and systems thinking. She has supervised master's and bachelor's students in related fields.
