Maha Younes

Maha Younes, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor of Graduate Psychology at Felician University's School of Arts & Sciences, specializing in clinical neuropsychology. She is also a licensed clinical psychologist in New Jersey and New York with extensive experience in neuropsychological assessment and rehabilitation.

• Education: Summa cum laude graduate from Douglass College–Rutgers University with dual Bachelor’s in psychology and mathematics, followed by a Master’s (1998) and Ph.D. (2002) in Clinical Psychology from New York University.
• Clinical Experience: Completed adult psychology internship and post-doctoral neuropsychology training at UMDNJ, led brain injury rehabilitation at Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation, and participated in clinical trials for Multiple Sclerosis treatments.
• Leadership: Served as President of the New Jersey Neuropsychological Society and continues on its Board of Directors; member of the New Jersey Psychological Association.
• Research Interests: Focus on neurological disorders across the lifespan, including concussions, dementia, and behavioral issues in brain-injured patients.
• Awards: Henry Mitchell McCracken Fellowship Award recipient for graduate studies.
