Dr. Maha Tantawy is Assistant Professor of Strategy & Entrepreneurship at the University of Windsor's Odette School of Business, with a PhD in Entrepreneurship and Creativity from the University of New Brunswick. Her research focuses on entrepreneurship education, examining how pedagogical approaches influence entrepreneurial mindsets and capabilities.
Her research interests center on entrepreneurship education effectiveness, creative development in business students, and organizational sustainability strategies. Recent publications explore doctoral program design, creative self-efficacy development, and continuous improvement processes in organizations.
