Dr. Francine Schlosser is a Professor and Strategy & Entrepreneurship Area Chair at the Odette School of Business, University of Windsor. She holds the Odette Professorship in Entrepreneurship and Innovation and previously served as Executive Director of the Entrepreneurship Practice and Innovation Centre (EPICentre). Her research focuses on entrepreneurship pedagogy, career transitions, international student resilience, and innovation in experiential learning.
Research interests include:
- International student and migrant entrepreneurial resilience
- Entrepreneurship career transition processes
- Development of work-integrated learning models
- Multi-disciplinary venture education
Her publications demonstrate consistent focus on entrepreneurship education, workforce transitions, and organizational innovation, with recent work exploring talent management in healthcare and cannabis industries. Research methodologies combine case studies with quantitative analysis of workforce dynamics.
