Magnus Skoglundh

Magnus Skoglundh is a Full Professor in Applied Chemistry at Chalmers University of Technology's Department of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering. His research focuses on catalysis for energy conversion and emission control, particularly in developing novel catalytic materials and techniques to mitigate greenhouse gases and pollutants. He leads projects within the Competence Centre for Catalysis (KCK), addressing challenges in NOx reduction, low-temperature hydrocarbon oxidation, and CO2/methane conversion.

Research interests include catalytic reaction mechanisms, in situ surface characterization, and catalyst durability under real-world conditions.
