Maggie Denk-Leigh is an Associate Professor and Division Chair of the Printmaking Department at the Cleveland Institute of Art (CIA). She has been at CIA since 1999, teaching lithography, etching, screenprint, relief, digital print, and managing a letterpress studio for book arts courses. Her professional affiliations include serving as a founding board member and current Board Vice President at the Morgan Art of Papermaking Conservatory & Educational Foundation in Cleveland, Ohio.
Education: MFA in Printmaking from Clemson University and BA in Printmaking, Graphic Design & Business from Xavier University.
Her expertise focuses on printmaking pedagogy and studio practice, with an emphasis on integrating traditional and digital techniques. She actively supports interdisciplinary art initiatives through her administrative role and community involvement.
