Magdalene J Seiler

Magdalene J. Seiler is an Associate Professor in Residence at the University of California, Irvine (UCI), holding joint appointments in Anatomy & Neurobiology, Ophthalmology & Visual Sciences, and Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation. Her research focuses on retinal regeneration using stem cell-derived organoids and cellular transplantation therapies. She leads studies on retinal degeneration models, immunosuppression strategies for transplants, and the development of retinal organoids for vision restoration.
