Magdalena Parzyszek

Dr. Magdalena Parzyszek is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Family Pedagogy, Institute of Pedagogy, Faculty of Social Sciences, John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin. Her academic career spans over two decades, with a focus on family education, Christian pedagogy, and sociotherapy.

• Education: Ph.D. in Theology (2003) and Ph.D. in Pedagogy (2012), both from KUL. Postgraduate studies in Oligophrenopedagogy (2018) and sociotherapy (2017).

Her research explores family dynamics, parenting, domestic violence, and the role of spirituality in education. She has supervised numerous diploma theses and authored 15+ peer-reviewed publications, including analyses of Stefan Wyszyński's teachings and Pope Francis' influence on family pedagogy.

Her recent articles address topics like family rights, personalistic education, and socio-cultural challenges to modern families. She has received national awards, including the Medal of the National Education Commission, and led projects on family policy and sociotherapy.
