Magda Raban is an Associate Professor at Macquarie University’s Australian Institute of Health Innovation (AIHI), leading the Medication Safety and Electronic Decision Support research stream within the Centre for Health Systems and Safety Research. Her work focuses on leveraging information technology to enhance medication safety, quality use of medicines, and patient outcomes across healthcare settings, particularly in hospitals and aged care. Raban holds a PhD in Public Health, a Master of International Public Health (Honours), and a Bachelor of Pharmacy. Prior to academia, she practiced as a pharmacist in Australia and the UK, and conducted research in India.
