Maeva Marcus is a Research Professor of Law and Director of the Institute for Constitutional Studies at the George Washington University Law School, recognized as a leading scholar in constitutional studies and legal history. Her career includes serving as president of the American Society for Legal History (2007-2009) and appointment by the Librarian of Congress as general editor of the Oliver Wendell Holmes Devise History of the Supreme Court of the United States in 2015.
