Madhur Anand is a Professor in the School of Environmental Sciences at the University of Guelph, Canada. She has held leadership roles, including Director of the Waterloo Institute for Complexity and Innovation (2015–2018) and inaugural Director of the Guelph Institute for Environmental Research (GIER) since 2019. Her research focuses on ecosystem changes across scales, sustainability, and interdisciplinary collaboration, bridging ecology with mathematics, physics, computer science, and the humanities.
