Madeline Wander is an Assistant Professor in the Urban & Environmental Policy department at Occidental College, appointed in 2025. She holds a B.A. from Occidental College and earned her M.U.R.P. and Ph.D. at the University of California, Los Angeles.
Her academic work focuses on interdisciplinary approaches to urban and environmental challenges, integrating policy analysis with sustainable development frameworks. Research interests include equitable urban planning, environmental justice, and policy mechanisms for climate resilience.
