Madeleine Pullman

Prof. Madeleine Pullman is a Professor of Sustainability and Innovation Studies at the University of Sussex Business School, part of the Science Policy Research Unit (SPRU). She holds editorial roles across multiple journals, including Decision Sciences and Journal of Wine Economics. Her research focuses on sustainability in supply chains, food systems, and social enterprises, with particular emphasis on beverages (wine, beer, coffee) and agricultural cooperatives. She has global academic experience at institutions like the University of Groningen and Cornell University, and prior industry roles in quality management and craft brewing.
