Madeleine Grauer

Madeleine Grauer is a Lecturer and Project Head at the Lucerne School of Business (HSLU), affiliated with the Institute of Business and Regional Economics (IBR PNM). She holds a law degree from the University of Basel and has extensive professional experience in public administration, nonprofit management, and mediation. Her research focuses on qualitative methods, mediative participation in public and organizational contexts, digital transformation, and healthcare communication. Grauer has led numerous projects, including studies on nonprofit management, cost-benefit analyses of social services, and strategic planning for community facilities.

Her academic contributions include co-authoring the textbook *Management von Nonprofit Organisationen* and publishing reports on topics like social policy evaluation and notarial fee comparisons. Grauer actively participates in professional committees, including the Canton of Lucerne's Maturitätskommission and the Mitwirkungsrat of Lucerne University of Applied Sciences.
