Madelaine Hittos

Madelaine Hittos is an Online Instructor in the Early Childhood Education Program at the University of British Columbia's Faculty of Education. With over two decades of experience, she has worked in diverse educational settings since 1998, including elementary schools, preschools, and community centers. She is a licensed Early Childhood Educator certified in Special Needs and Infant/Toddler Education.

Her career spans roles as a Child, Youth and Family Counsellor, where she developed parenting programs for at-risk families, and as a preschool teacher in a parent co-op program on Vancouver Island. Her expertise focuses on early childhood development and family-centered interventions.
