Dr. Madan Dey is a Professor and Department Chair in the Department of Agricultural Sciences at Texas State University's College of Science and Engineering. With over 28 years of experience, he specializes in agricultural economics, particularly focusing on aquaculture, fisheries, and food systems. His research spans global contexts, including Asia, Africa, and the U.S., emphasizing sustainable development, policy analysis, and market dynamics.
