MURADİYE NACAK

Muradiye Nacak is a Professor of Medical Pharmacology at Gaziantep University Faculty of Medicine in Turkey. She has been serving in this position since 2012, following her appointment as Associate Professor at the same institution from 2008-2012 and earlier positions at Mersin University (2004-2008).

• Medical Specialization: Gaziantep University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Internal Medicine, Department of Medical Pharmacology (1995-1999)

Professor Nacaks research focuses on pharmacogenetics, pharmacogenomics, and clinical pharmacology with emphasis on genetic polymorphisms related to obesity, drug responses, and disease susceptibility. Her work bridges molecular genetics with clinical applications, particularly in understanding how genetic variations affect drug metabolism and therapeutic outcomes. She has made significant contributions to bioequivalence studies of various pharmaceutical formulations.

Her recent publications (2023-2025) demonstrate continued active research in bioequivalence of anticoagulants, antipsychotics, and antiviral medications, as well as molecular studies on microRNA signatures in cardiovascular surgery. These works reflect her dual expertise in clinical trial design and molecular pharmacology.
