Professor Mehmet Murat is affiliated with Gaziantep University Faculty of Education, where he has served as a full professor since 2023. Previously, he held associate professor and lecturer roles at the same institution from 2003-2017 and 2017-2022. His academic journey began with a Ph.D. in Guidance and Psychological Counseling from Karadeniz Technical University (1994-2000), followed by a Master's in the same field from İnönü University (1990-1993). He has taught courses like "Development and Learning" and supervised numerous graduate theses.
