Dr. Manolya Eser Öner is an Associate Professor in Food Engineering at Alanya Alaaddin Keykubat University's Rafet Kayış Faculty of Engineering. She leads research on innovative food processing technologies including cold plasma, ultrasound, and high-pressure processing for food preservation. Her work focuses on enhancing food safety, nutrient retention, and functional properties of fruits and vegetables.

Research Interests: Dr. Öner's research explores novel non-thermal processing methods to improve food quality and safety. She maintains collaborations with international institutions on functional food development.
