M. Mohsin Alam Bhat is a Lecturer in Law (Assistant Professor) at Queen Mary University of London, specializing in constitutional law, human rights, and minority rights. He holds a BA LLB from NALSAR University of Law (India), an LLM and JSD from Yale Law School. His research focuses on democracy, authoritarianism, citizenship law, and hate crime in India. He previously taught at Jindal Global Law School and serves on the editorial board of Article-14, a civil liberties platform.
