Prof. Dr. M. Eftal AVCI is an Associate Professor at the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Faculty of Medicine, Uskudar University. She graduated from Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine in 2002 and completed specialist training at Izmir Ege Maternity Hospital, followed by subspecialty training in Perinatology at Istanbul Kanuni Sultan Süleyman Training and Research Hospital in 2016.
