Dr M. Amir Siddiq is a Reader at the School of Engineering, University of Aberdeen, with over two decades of expertise in physics-based and AI-driven data simulations for solids and structures. He holds chartered status (CEng) and is a Fellow of IMechE (FIMechE), IOM3 (FIMMM), and Senior Fellow of Advance HE (SFHEA).

Recent funded work includes £2 million+ in grants from OIL & GAS TECHNOLOGY CENTRE, Shell UK, EPSRC, DSTL, and Scottish Funding Council. Collaborations span Rolls Royce, Boeing, AFRC, and Lloyds Register.
