Lynne Parenti is a Research Scientist and Curator of Indo-Pacific Freshwater and Coastal Fishes at the Smithsonian Institution's Division of Fishes. She has held this position since 1990 and previously served as a Research Scientist at the California Academy of Sciences (1984-1989).
