Lynn Oberlander is a Part-Time Assistant Professor at The New School's School of Media Studies within the Schools of Public Engagement. She specializes in media law, First Amendment issues, privacy, digital media, international law, and ethics. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Assistant General Counsel for Media at Univision, she has held senior legal roles at prominent media organizations including The New Yorker (General Counsel, 2006–2014), The Intercept/First Look Media (2014–2017), and Gizmodo Media Group (2017–2019).
