Lynn M. Shore is a Professor in the Department of Management at the College of Business, Colorado State University, holding the Partners for Excellence Professorship and serving as Executive Director of the HR Edge Network.
She earned her PhD from Colorado State University and previously held faculty positions at San Diego State University, University of California Irvine, and Georgia State University.
Her research centers on employment relationships—including perceived organizational support, psychological contracts, and leader-member exchange—and workforce diversity, inclusion, and exclusion. She investigates how work group composition and supervisor-employee dynamics affect performance, develops strategies for creating inclusive climates, and identifies methods to prevent social exclusion in organizations.
