Lynn Glenn is an Assistant Professor at Augusta University, holding appointments in the College of Nursing, School of Public Health, and The Graduate School. Her work bridges nursing science and public health, focusing on health disparities in rural populations and community-engaged healthcare research.

Her research explores rural health inequities, chronic disease management in underserved communities, and policy-driven approaches to improving healthcare access. Recent publications highlight microresearch methodologies and community-based interventions targeting diabetes care in low-income rural settings.
In administration, she contributes to The Graduate School through the Meritorious Achievement Award Committee (2020–present). She teaches courses including Health Care Policy, Measurement in Health Research, and Nursing Research at undergraduate and graduate levels.
