Lynette R. Fair

Dr. Lynette R. Fair is Associate Professor, Director of Nursing, and Department Chair in the Department of Nursing at Geneva College, where she leads the academic and administrative development of the nursing program. She joined the faculty in September 2019 and holds a PhD in Nursing Education from Liberty University (2024), an MSN in Nursing Administration, and a BSN, both from Kaplan University.
