Lyndsey Middleton

Lyndsey Middleton is a Researcher at the School of Computing, Edinburgh Napier University. Her work focuses on the intersection of Information Science, workplace learning, and innovation, with a particular emphasis on information literacy and Social Cognitive Theory applications. She has presented at conferences like ISIC and i3, and contributed to projects examining employee-led innovation and organizational performance.
