Luís Filipe de Miranda Grochocki

Luís Filipe de Miranda Grochocki is a Professor at the School of Public Policy and Government, Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV), and at the School of Business, Accounting, Economy and Public Management, University of Brasília (UNB). He is also an Analyst in Science and Technology at CAPES and the International Affairs Coordinator at the Brazilian National Agency for Data Protection.

He held leadership roles at CAPES, including Director of Educational Studies (2022–2023) and Coordinator for the Science without Borders Program (2013–2016). His career spans federal civil service since 2009.
