Prof. Luke Clossey is a Professor of History at Simon Fraser University's Department of History. He specializes in global history, religion, and early modern intellectual movements. His research challenges Eurocentric historiography, emphasizing non-Western and pre-colonial perspectives to address modern issues. He holds a PhD from UC Berkeley (2004) and has been at SFU since 2004. His work includes Jesus and the Making of the Modern Mind (2024) and Salvation and Globalization (2008).
