Dr. Luise Koeppen is a Lecturer and PhD Candidate in the Department of Economic Geography at the University of Groningen's Faculty of Spatial Sciences. Her research focuses on political geography, social and spatial inequalities, and the role of social capital in shaping regional dynamics. She has published extensively on topics such as voting behavior of radical political parties, geographies of discontent, and the interplay between migration and regional development.
