Luisa Zimmer

Luisa Zimmer is a Research Fellow at the Chair of Public Law, especially Constitutional Law, and Legal Philosophy at Humboldt University of Berlin. She works under Prof. Dr. Christoph Möllers since January 2022 and holds a doctoral scholarship from the German Academic Scholarship Foundation.

• Education: Studied law at Humboldt University of Berlin (2016–2021), completed first state examination in September 2021.

Research Interests: Constitutional law, legal theory, legal philosophy, and phenomenology. Her work focuses on state-press dynamics, fundamental rights, and legal epistemology.

Publications: Co-authored articles on press law, competition law, and judicial reasoning. Key themes include state-distance regulation, media ethics, and constitutional implications.

• Scientific Awards: Doctoral scholarship from the German Academic Scholarship Foundation.

Teaching: Led a working group on Fundamental Rights in the Summer Semester 2024 at Humboldt University.
