Luisa Petti is an Associate Professor in Electronics at the Faculty of Engineering, Free University of Bozen-Bolzano. She holds a M.Sc. in Electronic Engineering from Politecnico di Milano (2011) and a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from ETH Zurich (2016), where her thesis on flexible electronics earned the ETH Medal. Her career includes roles as a Scientist at Cambridge Display Technology and FlexEnable Ltd. before joining the university in 2018. Her research focuses on flexible and printed sensors, energy harvesters, and biodegradable electronics, with applications in agriculture, health, and sustainability.
