Luisa Andriollo is a historian of the Byzantine Empire affiliated with the Humanities Faculty at Otto-Friedrich-Universität Bamberg, where she served as a postdoctoral researcher on the ERC Starting Grant 'ACO' from 2016 to 2021. She holds a doctorate earned through a cotutelle between Université Paris IV Paris-Sorbonne and the University of Pisa, and was a Hannah Seeger Davis Postdoctoral Fellow at Princeton University.
