Luis Esteban Delgado del Rincón

Luis Esteban Delgado del Rincón is a full-time Professor of Constitutional Law at the Faculty of Law, University of Burgos. He obtained his PhD in Law from the University of Burgos in 2000 with an extraordinary doctorate award.

Research Focus:
His work spans constitutional jurisdiction, territorial state organization, and social rights. He leads research group GEJICYL (Legal studies on immigration in Castilla y León) and has participated in national/regional projects as principal investigator.

Recognized by the National Research Activity Evaluation Commission with four research periods and one knowledge transfer period. Recently contributed to electoral governance as a member of Castile and León's Electoral Board.
