TERESA MEDINA ARNAIZ

TERESA MEDINA ARNAIZ is an Associate Professor at the Universidad de Burgos, affiliated with the Faculty of Law and the Department of Public Law. She holds a PhD in Ciencias Jurídicas, Económicas y Sociales from the Universidad de Burgos, where her thesis focused on contract prohibitions in European Union Law.

• Research Interests: Administrative Law, European Union Law, Immigration Law, Public Law, and Legal Studies.
• Collaboration: Member of the GEJICYL research group studying immigration legal frameworks in Castilla y León.
