Luis Emiliano Calvo Sanchez

Luis Emiliano Calvo Sanchez serves as a Professor in the Department of Public Law at the Faculty of Law, University of Burgos, Spain, and is affiliated with the PhD program in Juridical, Economic, and Social Sciences. His academic work centers on Administrative Law with specialized focus on land governance, urban development, and environmental regulation.

He completed his Doctorate at the University of Cantabria in 1997 with the thesis "Los colegios profesionales: régimen jurídico de una institución" (Professional Colleges: Legal Regime of an Institution), supervised by Dr. Lorenzo Martín-Retortillo Baquer.
