Luis Carlos Castillo-Tellez

Dr. Luis Carlos Castillo-Tellez is a Guest Researcher at the University of Bremen's Chair of Economics of Innovation and Structural Change, working under Prof. Dr. Michael Rochlitz. He is concurrently a Ph.D. candidate at the University of Urbino, Italy, focusing on the digital divide and digital transformation in SMEs. He holds a Master’s in Economic Theory from Istanbul University and a Bachelor's in Economics from Jorge Tadeo Lozano University, Colombia.
